We are working to make our hotel, which was built on a hillside and in phases in 1947, 1957 and in the mid-sixties more accessible to guests with disabilities.

We strive to provide all of our guests the same opportunities to stay and enjoy their time at our hotel.

Hofsas House property accessible features:

	Breakfast is available in the lobby from 8 am to 10 am, or will be delivered to your guestroom upon request.
	There is an accessible path of travel to the pool from the lower level parking lot. The heated swimming pool does have a lift.
	Service animals are always welcome at Hofsas House

Accessibility of the King Room with Private Balcony and Ocean View

	Mobility accessible with 36" clearance between and around the single king size bed as well as clear space under the bed

	Roll-in shower and a hand-held showering device
	Grab bars in shower and around commode
	Roll up sink and lowered mirror in the vanity
	Coffee maker, refrigerator and microwave
Parking for this room is located on the street which is public parking. To register for this room, please park in the hotel loading zone and someone will come out to greet you, check you into the room and help you with your luggage, if needed.
